Yechiel N. Berkowicz, M.D.

Dr. Berkowicz received his medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical School. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Psi Chi, and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Societies. Dr. Berkowicz completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital before he became a health care provider in Arlington Heights, IL. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Berkowicz has received an AMA Physician Recognition Award and has previously served as Past President of the Buffalo Grove Chapter of the American Cancer Society. He is a Member of the American Society of Internal Medicine and the American College of Physicians. His personal interests include Krav Maga and Karate.

Daniel L. Goldstein, M.D.

Dr. Goldstein received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Eta Sigma Honor Societies. Dr. Goldstein completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Goldstein enjoys skiing with his family, exercising, and reading novels, and he is a big fan of the Chicago Bears and Indiana University basketball.

Michael L. Mangurten, M.D.

Dr. Mangurten received his medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical School. He completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital before becoming a health care provider in Arlington Heights, IL. Dr. Mangurten is Board certified in Internal Medicine. He served as a clinical instructor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, University of Chicago Medical School, and the Chicago Medical School. Dr Mangurten received the Castle Connolly Top Doctors award for Internal Medicine for 10 years 2003-2013. Dr. Mangurten’s personal interests include running, cycling, golfing, the Chicago White Sox, and Illinois college football and basketball.

James D. Pride, M.D.

Dr. Pride received his medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical School. He completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital. Dr. Pride is Board certified in Internal Medicine. He has received an AMA Physician Recognition Award. Dr. Pride also serves as an FAA medical examiner. His personal interests include golf and tennis. Dr Pride is the Vice President of the Jeffrey Pride foundation, which raises money for pediatric cancer research. Eric J. Yegelwel, M.D.

Dr. Yegelwel received his medical degree from the New Jersey Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois Hospital. Dr. Yegelwel completed a Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Loyola University Medical Center/Hines Veterans Administration Hospital. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Yegelwel is the Chief of the Gastroenterology Section at Northwest Community Hospital. He has authored two articles in The American Journal of Gastroenterology and The Journal of Digestive Diseases and Sciences. Dr. Yegelwel enjoys running, reading, taking trips with his family, and walking his dog.

Diane M. Flershem, M.D.

Dr. Flershem received her medical degree from Rush Medical College. She completed her internal medicine residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She also studied anesthesiology at New York Hospital-Cornell University before continuing on as a health care provider in Arlington Heights, IL. Dr. Flershem is Board certified in Internal Medicine. She has earned an Honors College Scholarship for Research Investigation and is an author of one article published in Lancet. Dr. Flershem received the Patients Choice Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Only 4-5% of doctors nationwide receive this award. She also received the Compassionate Doctor Award for 2010 where only 3% of nation’s physicians were honored. Dr. Flershem loves zoos, her two dogs, and going on trips to New York and Arizona with her friends.

Jason B. Thalheimer, M.D.

Dr. Thalheimer grew up locally in Arlington Heights, IL. He travelled downstate for college where he attended the University of Illinois in Champaign. After graduating, he moved on to medical school at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, and then completed his Internal Medicine residency at Lutheran General Hospital. Dr. Thalheimer is a big sports fan and enjoys cheering on Chicago’s teams. His personal interests include playing basketball and softball, attending movies and trivia nights, and reading.

Tyler Kostecki , PA-C

Tyler Kostecki joined our practice in July 2017. He received his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University. He first received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Illinois State University, graduating summa cum laude. Tyler’s personal interest include running and cycling along the Lakefront trail, Chicago pro sports (Cubs, Bears, Bulls), ISU football, and Marquette basketball.

Victoria Senyk BSN, RN, LE

Victoria Senyk BSN, RN, LE is an Aesthetic Confidence Booster and Chicago native. She is a trilingual speaker (English, Ukrainian, and Polish). Prior to entering and passionately pursuing the medical field of aesthetics/ dermatology, Victoria was actively involved and worked in multiple areas of health care. Victoria believes that beauty is everywhere and treats patients using her advanced knowledge in nature, art, and science to provide excellent and safe care to all her patients. She is committed to lifelong learning and has been certified in multiple courses on administration of botulinum toxin injections and hyaluronic acid fillers.

Victoria earned her RN and BSN at Resurrection University in Oak Park, IL. She is also in pursuit of completing an Advanced Adult Nurse Practitioner Program at North Park University. Victoria completed a medical esthetics program and participated in CIDESCO’s masters level Beauty Therapy program at the New Age Spa Institute. As a provider, Victoria treats everyone as if she would treat own family in order for all to feel safe, understood, and involved in their plan of care.
